This Program Letter of Agreement between the residency training program in internal medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Urbana (UICOM‐UC) and (Participating Institution) establishes the relationship required to permit residents at UICOM‐UC to participate in clinical experiences through rotations at the Participating Institution. This agreement is effective beginning on and will remain in effect for five years, or until amended or terminated by UICOM‐UC and Participating Institution.
