This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Boise City, an Idaho municipal corporation (“City”) and Boise Caddis, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, the owner of the real property described herein and the Applicant for Boise City Rezone number CAR (“Developer”). The “Effective Date” of this Agreement shall be the date of its recording in the records of Ada County, Idaho.
