CONTRACT FOR EXHIBIT SPACEContract for Exhibit Space • May 3rd, 2004 • Maryland
The undersigned, by its duly authorized officer, agent, or employee (hereinafter call “Exhibitor”), hereby offers to enter into this Contract for Exhibit Space (“Contract”) with Access Intelligence, LLC (hereinafter called “AI”) for exhibit space in the exhibition on March 16-19 2015, to be held in conjunction with SATELLITE 2015 (hereinafter called the “Show”) at The Walter E. Washington Convention Center (hereinafter called “Exhibit Hall”) in Washington, DC. This contract is subject to (1) its acceptance by countersignature of AI; (2) the floor plan of exhibits; (3) such additional policies which constitute a part of, or are included in, this contract. Reservation of exhibit space by AI on behalf of Exhibitor is conclusively presumed to be adequate consideration to bind Exhibitor.
