I represent and warrant that I am the Participant’s parent or legal guardian and that I have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of the Participant. In consideration for being offered a ride (a “Flight Experience”) in an aircraft piloted by an Aero Association of Caltech (“AACIT”) member, or owned or leased by AACIT, the Participant and I agree as follows:
