This Use of Facilities Contract (”Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 30, 2020 (Effective Date) by Boone County Schools/Thornwilde Elementary (hereinafter referred to as TES), and the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati/R.C. Durr Branch (hereinafter referred to as YMCA). TES and YMCA are sometimes referred to herein as “parties” and each individually as a “party.”
