This Use of Facilities Contract (”Agreement”) is made and entered into as of May 30, 2020 (Effective Date) by Boone County Schools/Thornwilde Elementary (hereinafter referred to as TES), and the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati/R.C. Durr Branch (hereinafter referred to as YMCA). TES and YMCA are sometimes referred to herein as “parties” and each individually as a “party.”

This agreement is entered into and made between Bowling Green State University, Bowling Green, Ohio 43403 hereinafter referred to as the "University," and the "Requestor," the organization specified above. The University agrees to provide facilities and services as listed below and the Requestor agrees to compensate the University for those facilities and services in accordance with the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Participants (said term "Participants" shall refer to and include throughout this agreement all agents and employees, staff, volunteers, and guests, affiliated with the above Requestor), may gain access to facilities and accommodations reserved by the Requestor as listed below:
