This Development Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of May , 2017 among the CITY OF BETTENDORF, IOWA, an Iowa Municipal Corporation (“City”); THE BETTPLEX, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (“BettPlex”); and MIDDLE & 80, LLC, an Iowa limited liability company (“Middle & 80”) (BettPlex and Middle & 80 are collectively the “Developers”).
