This Agreement is entered into, effective July 1, 2009, by and between the Swan Valley Board of Education, County of Saginaw, Michigan, hereinafter called the ―Board‖, and the Michigan Education Support Personnel Association, hereinafter called the ―MESPA‖ through its local affiliate, the Swan Valley Secretaries and Clerks Association, MEA/NEA. The signatories shall be the sole parties of this Agreement.
