WHEREAS under the provision of Section 119 of the Police Services Act, Statutes of Ontario 1990, Chapter 10 and amendments thereto, the ASSOCIATION has submitted in writing, its proposals to amendment, alterations and additions to the Agreement between the Police Services Board and the ASSOCIATION and the BOARD has pursuant thereto bargained in good faith with a bargaining committee as therein set forth for the purpose of making an agreement in writing, defining, determining and providing for remuneration, pension, sick leave credit gratuities, grievance procedures or working conditions of the members of the police service of the SAUGEEN SHORES POLICE ; other than the Chief of Police or Senior Officers and;
