THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into effective as of the 1st day of July, 2017, by and between the United Scenic Artists, Local USA-829 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (hereinafter referred to as the "UNION") and the League of Resident Theatres (hereinafter called "LORT"). This Agreement concerning non-staff Designers shall be binding on all LORT Theatres (hereinafter referred to as the "Theatre" or "Theatres").
