This Institutional Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”), effective the date last signed below (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between the University of Cincinnati, a state institution of higher education organized under Chapter 3361 of the Ohio Revised Code, with a primary business address at 2618 University Circle, 625 University Pavilion, Cincinnati, Ohio 45221 (“UC”), and Lorain County Community College, with a primary business address at 1005 N. Abbe Rd., Elyria, Ohio 44035 (the “Community College”). UC and Community College will collectively be referred to as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”. The Parties agree as follows:
