This Agreement is negotiated by the Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania, as Negotiating Agent only for its principal; that is, its present and future members, hereinafter referred to as the Employer. For any breach of this contract the liability of said members shall be several not joint; and the liability of the Contractors Association of Eastern Pennsylvania shall be only that of a Negotiating Agent, acting without liability for the acts of its individual members.
