This Agreement is entered into between the City of Jacksonville (the City) and the Communications Workers of America, (CWA). The intent of the parties and purpose of this Agreement are to assure sound and mutually beneficial working and economic relationships between the parties, to provide an orderly and peaceful means of resolving any disputes which may arise in the interpretation or application of this Agreement, and to set forth the parties’ full agreement concerning rates of pay, wages, hours, and other terms and conditions of employment.
