The China UnionPay Debit Card, including the subsequently renewed and replacement Card (“Card”) is/are issued by OCBC Wing Hang Bank Limited, (“Bank”) to the Card applicant (“Cardholder”). Upon collection of the Card, or otherwise activate the Card in accordance with the instruction of the Bank, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this Agreement.
