This Contract sets out the terms and conditions upon which You will provide the services of the Contributor to provide the Contributions in consideration of the Fee payable to You (as defined below). This Contract comprises the Special Conditions detailed below, the Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”) attached as Schedule 1 and the Guarantee Letter attached as Schedule 2 which will be read together and constitute the Contract between You and the BBC. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Special Conditions and the General Terms, the Special Conditions will prevail.
