This Loan Out Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this July 1, 2013 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Woodridge Productions, Inc. (“Production” ) with an office at 5650 University Boulevard SE, Building B, 2nd Floor South, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87106, and Davie-Brown, Inc.
