If exhibitor desires to cancel all or part of the exhibit space on or before the 120 days, it must do so in writing by certified mail to Affinity Events and Exhibitor will be charged 50% of its total exhibit space cost. Any contracts received within 120 days require immediate payment and fee is non-refundable. For any cancellations within 120 days before the start of the show, 100% of exhibit space cost is due. If Exhibitor defaults on payment, Exhibitor is liable to Affinity Events for collection costs, including reasonable attorney’s fees. For returned checks, a $35 fee will be added to your account.
