In order to establish direct and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of higher education, science and culture and to increase the effectiveness of educational, methodological and scientific research work, the International Kuwait University, represented by its rector O rm u sh ev A san S u la y m a n o v ic h , acting under the Regulations on the one part, and the second part the Daugavpils University, represented by its rector Irena Kokina, acting under the Regulations on the other part, jointly referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”, have entered into this Agreement on academic exchange and cooperation (hereinafter the “Agreement") as follows:
