THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on the day of , by and between NIAGARA FRONTIER TRANSIT METRO SYSTEM, INC., a body corporate and politic, constituting a public benefit corporation, organized and existing pursuant to Chapter 717 of the Laws of 1967 of the State of New York, as amended with its principal office for the transaction of business at 181 Ellicott Street, in the City of Buffalo, County of Erie and State of New York, (hereinafter referred to as “NFT Metro”) and the Teamsters Local #264, International Brotherhood of Teamsters (hereinafter referred to as “Union”, representing Bus and Rail Supervisors and Controllers.
