On April 1, 2013, the Government of Prince Edward Island (PEI) and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) signed a one-year CMHC-PEI Agreement for Investment in Affordable Housing (IAH). The overall outcome of this joint initiative focuses on improving the living conditions of PEI households in need by increasing access to affordable housing that is sound, suitable and sustainable.
