This Agreement, executed this day of , 2009 between the Ocean County Board of Chosen Freeholders and Ocean County Sheriff, hereinafter jointly referred to as "Employer", and Teamsters Local #97, which organization has been certified by the Public Employment Relations Commission as an appropriate bargaining unit, hereinafter referred to as the "Union". When the term "Public Safety Telecommunicators" or "Employee" is used in this Agreement, each designation shall be interchangeable and have the same meaning and effect.
