The purpose of this agreement is to establish, and maintain harmonious relations between the Company and the Employees, to establish working conditions, rates of pay, and to insure the smooth running of the Company's plant without interruptions, during the life of this Agreement. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the Employees to co-operate fully, individually and collectively, for the advancement of the purpose of this Agreement.
