THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this October 1, 2007, by and between AL LAMBERTI, SHERIFF OF BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA, located within the County of Broward, State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as "Sheriff' or "BSO"), and the BROWARD COUNTY POLICE BENEVOLENT ASSOCIATION, INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "PBA" or the "Association"), as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of the bargaining unit members within the certified Bargaining Unit.
