This Agreement shall be for a term of 36 months, commencing on July 1, 2020 and shall continue in effect to June 30, 2023, and shall thereafter automatically renew itself for successive terms of one (1) year each, unless by April 15, prior to the expiration of the agreement year involved, either party shall give the other party written notice of its desire to modify or terminate this Agreement. Notice of desire to modify shall not be considered notice of termination.
