Within the period of six months from the date of the depositary notification by which the Secretary-General transmitted to the Governments of the Contracting Parties the text of the draft regulation 1, one Contracting Party to the Agreement notified its disagreement with the draft regulation 2. In accordance with article 1 (2) of the Agreement, the draft regulation is therefore considered to be adopted as Regulation No. 137 annexed to the Agreement. In accordance with article 1 (4) of the Agreement, the date of entry into force for all Contracting Parties, with the exception of Australia, is 9 June 2016.
