This Development Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between the CITY OF MONTPELIER, a Vermont municipality in Washington County, Vermont (the “City”) and REDSTONE DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company with a place of business in Burlington, Vermont (“Redstone”), and is made and entered into as of the date of execution by the last party to execute this Agreement (the “Effective Date”).
