THIS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT is made and entered into to become effective July 1, 2023, by and between the Scott County Board of Supervisors, hereinafter called the "Employer", and the Scott County Deputy Sheriff's Association, hereinafter called the "Employee Organization". The Employer recognizes the Employee Organization to be the exclusive bargaining representative for, and this Agreement has limited application to, the bargaining unit designated and certified by the Iowa Public Employment Relations Board in Case No. 1442 as ordered by that Board under date of March 30, 1979. From and after the date first above written, and for the duration hereof, it is agreed by and between the parties as follows:
