Contract Addendum #1Site Agreement • August 11th, 2021
PURPOSE: At all times throughout the term of the Agreement (including as extended by this Addendum), the communications facility, including any radio tower, antenna pole and telephone or telecommunications installation shall be maintained at a height below which strobe lighting or permanent lighting is required by the FAA or any other agency. The remainder of Section 1 of the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
