The Resident Assistant (RA) is an undergraduate or graduate student selected to serve as an essential staff member with the Residence Life team at Lees-McRae College. The Resident Assistant builds community and develops relationships with a group of residents and guides them through their Bobcat experience. The Resident Assistant serves as an educator, mentor, referral resource, and positive role model to their peers. The Resident Assistant leads with compassion and care for each resident at Lees-McRae.
