Conditions of Hire (The Contract)March 3rd, 2021
CONTRACT OF HIRE. The hiring contract is between the Holidaymaker and Manor House Farm Cottages (MHFC) for which the booking is made and shall be deemed to be made subject to the Conditions of Hire here in. The contract is for MHFC to provide accommodation for up to 20 guests in their properties (the number of guests staying is subject to the number legally allowed in each property at the time of occupation and must not exceed 20). The facilities available are subject to any restrictions put on MHFC by outside authorities and not part of any contract agreement. The Contract of Hire is not effective until Manor House Farm Cottages has received and banked the down payment. By paying the down payment you are agreeing to this contract.
