If this Agreement is entered into on behalf of a club, then the contracting parties shall be the school and an officer of the club. The officer of the club will be personally liable to the school for all debts, claims and other losses that shall arise under this Agreement.

CONTRACT OF HIRE. The hiring contract is between the Holidaymaker and Manor House Farm Cottages (MHFC) for which the booking is made and shall be deemed to be made subject to the Conditions of Hire here in. The contract is for MHFC to provide accommodation for up to 20 guests in their properties (the number of guests staying is subject to the number legally allowed in each property at the time of occupation and must not exceed 20). The facilities available are subject to any restrictions put on MHFC by outside authorities and not part of any contract agreement. The Contract of Hire is not effective until Manor House Farm Cottages has received and banked the down payment. By paying the down payment you are agreeing to this contract.

This Contract sets out your obligations in respect of the hire of part or all of Sprivers Mansion. Sprivers Mansion is considered by its owners, the National Trust, to be of cultural and historical importance to the nation. If you are unsure of any of the provisions of this Contract please speak to the venue manager. Nothing in this Contract affects your statutory rights. If you accept the provisions of this Contract please sign and return it to the venue address. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until both Airey Wedding Services Ltd (hereinafter referred to as AWS) and you (the "Hirer") have signed this contract and AWS has also received the deposit from you.

The contract of hire (“the contract”) is made between the Guest and Ngamihi Lodge Limited (“Ngamihi Lodge”), the owner of Ngamihi Lodge on Okareka (“the home”). The term “guest” includes the person signing the contract and all those people staying with the guest at the home and any invitees of the guest.
