Amendment”) is entered into as of the 19th day of July 2023 (the “First Amendment Effective Date”), by and between the City of Manor, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation (the “City”), and Gregg Lane Dev LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and its authorized and approved successors and assigns (the “Developer”). The City and the Developer are herein sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
