The second Intergovernmental Support Agreement between USD 475 Geary Co. and Fort Riley was signed Tuesday that will save both entities in costs of design and construction projects. This is the 5th IGSA that Fort Riley leaders have signed with community partners. These agreements save money, time and build solid partnerships between the installation and the surrounding communities.
