Whereas the Shelburne Police Association on behalf of the Civilian Members of the Shelburne Police Service and the Shelburne Police Services Board have reached an Agreement pursuant to the provisions of the Police Services Act , R.S.O. 1990 as amended, with respect to the Civilian Members of the Police Service of the Town of Shelburne.
