THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July 2019, by and between the TRI-COUNTY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., a party of the first part, who may be referred to hereinafter as the “COOPERATIVE,” and LOCAL UNION NO. 702 of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, party of the second part, who may be referred to hereinafter as the “LOCAL UNION.”
