This agreement establishes the terms and conditions of the Telework Program. Administration of the Telework Program is under the authority of the Executive Director. Salary, benefits, and work status will not change due to involvement in the Telework Program. Removal or denial by the Executive Director of a telework schedule will not be viewed as a punitive action. The employee agrees to participate in the Telework Program and to follow applicable guidelines and policies and CCOG approves the employee’s participation.
