On July 19, 2010, you submitted on behalf of Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (SPP) a meter agent services agreement1 (Agreement) between Tenaska Power Service Company (Tenaska) and Southwestern Public Service Company (SPS), and a notice of cancellation2 of a meter agent services agreement that the Agreement replaces. You request, pursuant to 18 C.F.R. § 35.11 of the Commission’s regulations, a waiver of the 60-day notice requirement for the filing of service agreements, so both the Agreement and the Notice of Cancellation can have an effective date of April 1, 2010.
