THIS AGREEMENT made and entered into on the 21st day of August, 2008, by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and the Lincoln City Employees Association, hereinafter referred to as the "LCEA." The City agrees to provide wages and benefits under the following conditions:
