Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts, this Contract is made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2007, by the BELMONT SCHOOL Committee (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Committee”) and the BELMONT PUBLIC SCHOOLS SECRETARIES ASSOCIATION, (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the “Association”).
