THAT WHEREAS it is the intent and purpose of The Bay at North Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center (“North Ridge”) and SEIU Healthcare Wisconsin (“Union”) to promote orderly and peac eful relations between them, to keep open communications, to achieve uninterrupted operations of the facility, to provide a pr ocedure for the prompt and equitable adjustment of grievances arising hereunder and t o achieve the highest level of employee performance consistent with safety, good health, sustained effort and quality resident care.
