THIS AGREEMENT is made this 16th day of August 2016, by and between The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers Incorporated, a New York not-for-profit corporation (“IEEE”), on behalf of the IEEE/PES Transformers Committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) and Omni William Penn Hotel (the “Hotel”) located at 530 William Penn Place, Pittsburgh, PA 15219 in connection with IEEE/PES Transformers Committee Spring 2018 Meeting (the “Meeting”) beginning Thursday, March 22, 2018 and running until Sunday, April 1, 2018 (“The Meeting Dates”).
