THIS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT, entered into this 18th day of November, 2021, by and between Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government (hereinafter "L.F.U.C.G."), and Bluegrass Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge No. 4 (hereinafter the "Lodge"), by which said parties hereby agree upon the terms and conditions as hereinafter set out, concerning wages, hours and working conditions of certain employees of the Lexington Police Department, which will be referred to as “Police Department” in this agreement.
