AUTHORITY AND PARTIES In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Glenn Research Center, located at 21000 Brookpark Road, Cleveland, OH 44135 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA GRC") and Launchspace Technologies Corporation located at 250 South Ocean Blvd., Suite 1H, Boca Raton, FL 33432-6201 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Launchspace").
