In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and Astranis Space Technologies Corporation located at 420 Bryant St, San Francisco, CA 94107-1303 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Astranis"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
