I/We, the Buyer(s) of Lot , Block its successors and assigns, in Candlelight Estates Subdivision, hereby acknowledge that it is the Buyer(s)’ responsibility to comply with all Federal, State, County, and Town of Erie regulations pertaining to stormwater management and erosion control in accordance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Phase II. I/we will submit an Erosion Control Plan demonstrating which Best Management Practices will be utilized on-site, to Ochsner Legacy Trust (5440 Ward Road, Suite 230, Arvada, CO 80020) for approval by Ochsner Legacy Trust. I/we agree to install approved Best Management Practices prior to any construction, and to maintain the approved Best Management Practices until the site is fully stabilized. Furthermore, I/we release Ochsner Legacy Trust of all liability for any fines that may be incurred for failure to use Best Management Practices or otherwise fail to comply with regulations to control stormwater and erosion on my/o
