The undersigned further acknowledges that they are the responsible party and hereby agrees to make sure the necessary precautions, as set forth in an attached Site Plan, will be taken to prevent damage to adjacent property and control of surface water runoff. The undersigned understands that the City of Osakis may impose additional erosion control requirements if, in the opinion of a City official, said measures are necessary to protect adjacent properties and control surface water runoff.
