This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) defines the terms, legal rights, responsibilities and operational procedures for Crosswind to provide Services to Customer and Customer’s use of such Services. This SLA consists of these terms and conditions, and other terms and conditions as set forth at http://www.crosswindvoip.com, all of which shall be incorporated into this SLA by reference during the Term (as defined herein).
