We are pleased to acknowledge on behalf of the International Development Association ("IDA") as trustee (the "Trustee") of the Haiti Reconstruction Fund (MTO No. 069016) (the “Trust Fund”) the intention of the Agence Française de Développement (the "Donor") pursuant to Resolution n°C20100228 of its Administration Council dated September 30th, 2010 (the “Resolution”) to make available as a grant the sum of five million Euros (EUR 5,000,000 ) (the “Contribution”) to the Trust Fund, in accordance with the terms of this Administration Agreement (the “Agreement”). Other donors are also expected to contribute to the Trust Fund on the terms and conditions specified in the Annexes to this Agreement.
