We refer to the Trust Fund Administration Agreement (the Agreement) dated March 22, 2007, as amended, between the Irish Aid (the “Donor”) and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) and the International Development Association (IDA) (collectively, the Bank), acting as an administrator of grant funds provided by the Donor for financing activities of the Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) for the establishment of a Protection of Basic Services Program Secretariat in Ethiopia (the Project). We also refer to a recent email dated February 24, 2011, from Mebrate Hiwot of Irish Aid, indicating Irish Aid’s additional contribution of Euro 200,000 for the MDTF activities.

We also refer to a recent communication from DFID indicating the Donor’s additional contribution of Pounds Sterling 10 million for the MDTF activities.
