THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Orlando, a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) with a principal address of 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, and the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida, Inc., a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with a principal address of 18 North Terry Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801-2211 (hereinafter referred to as the “Coalition" or “Subrecipient”).
